Return window
If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Return eligibility depends on product condition, order type and applicable consumer protection rules.
Product condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or damaged face paint products may not be eligible for return unless the issue is caused by a verified product defect or fulfillment error.
Non-returnable items
Digital courses, downloadable content, opened cosmetics, custom orders, bulk orders and final-sale items may be non-returnable unless required by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider timing may vary.
